Non-compliance with Act on the Provision of Digital Services 306/2019
- The website contains attachment files published before 23 September 2018.
- There may be significant shortcomings in the accessibility of the financial statements submitted by political parties and party associations. The National Audit Office has not drawn up these documents but has the obligation to publish them under the Act on Political Parties (10/1969).
- The e-service of the oversight of political party and election campaign funding that requires log-in does not meet all accessibility requirements. The rebuilding of the system is underway.
- WCAG 2.1 success criterion: 2.4.3 Focus Order (A) is not fulfilled as regards the cookie consent.
- WCAG 2.1 success criterion: 3.1.2 Language of Parts (AA) is not fulfilled as regards the cookie consent.
