File your disclosure via the service portal

Election and political party funding disclosures should be filed via the electronic service of the oversight of election campaign and political party funding.

The Service portal can be used only in Finnish and Swedish languages. Using the service portal requires identification. This makes it possible to verify the identity of the user. The identification takes place by means of the Suomi.fi e-Identification, the shared identification service of Finland’s public administration. You can log into the service with your personal banking codes or personal identity card.

Users in political parties, party associations and affiliated entities

  • Users in political parties and affiliated entities must apply for access right to the service portal from the NAOF. To order an access right application, please send email to [email protected].
  • Users in party associations must apply for access right to the service portal from the main user of the party.

Candidates in the elections and those subject to the disclosure obligation

Candidates and those subject to the disclosure obligation do not have to apply separately for access right to the service portal of the oversight of election campaign funding. The details of all candidates are saved automatically in the service after the candidatures in the elections have been confirmed. Once the results of the elections have been confirmed, the details of those subject to the disclosure obligation, i.e. those who have been elected or appointed as alternate members, are saved automatically in the service.

Election funding disclosures can be filed only by the candidates and those subject to the disclosure obligation. Only candidates and those subject to the disclosure obligation can log into the service portal for election funding disclosures.

Election funding disclosures can also be filed by sending a completed and signed form to the NAOF by post or as an email attachment.
